We have on August 13, 2014 received the following notifications pursuant to
Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG:

1. On August 8, 2014 the voting rights held by FCM Beteiligungs GmbH,
Hamburg, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% of
the voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG, Hamburg, Germany. On that date,
FCM Beteiligungs GmbH held 23.16 % of the voting rights in TOM TAILOR
Holding AG (6,028,050 voting rights).

Thereof, 15.51% of the voting rights (4,036,681 voting rights) are being
attributed to FCM Beteiligungs GmbH pursuant to sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG.

The voting rights attributed pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG are held by
the following shareholder(s) holding directly 3% or more of the voting
rights: Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros, S.A. The attribution of voting
rights pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG is based on an acting in concert
between FCM Beteiligungs GmbH and its parent company Fidelidade-Companhia
de Seguros, S.A.

2. On August 8, 2014 the voting rights held by Fidelidade-Companhia de
Seguros, S.A., Lisbon, Portugal, exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%,
15% and 20% of the voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG, Hamburg,
Germany. On that date, Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros, S.A. held 23.16 %
of the voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG (6,028,050 voting rights).

Thereof, 7.65% of the voting rights (1,991.369 voting rights) are being
attributed to Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros, S.A. pursuant to Sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG and simultaneously pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2
WpHG.

The voting rights attributed pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.1 WpHG
are held by the following controlled undertaking(s) holding 3% or more of
the voting rights: FCM Beteiligungs GmbH.

The voting rights attributed pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG are held by
the following shareholder(s) holding directly 3% or more of the voting
rights: FCM Beteiligungs GmbH. The attribution of voting rights pursuant to
Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG is based on an acting in concert between FCM
Beteiligungs GmbH and its parent company Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros,
S.A.

3. On August 8, 2014 the voting rights held by Longrun Portugal, SGPS,
S.A., Lisbon, Portugal, exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%
of the voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG, Hamburg, Germany. On that
date, Longrun Portugal, SGPS, S.A. held 23.16 % of the voting rights in TOM
TAILOR Holding AG (6,028,050 voting rights).

Thereof, 23.16% of the voting rights (6,028,050 voting rights) are being
attributed to Longrun Portugal, SGPS, S.A. pursuant to Sec. 22 para 1 sent.
1 no. 1 WpHG and simultaneously pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG.

The voting rights attributed pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.1 WpHG
are held by the following controlled undertaking(s) holding 3% or more of
the voting rights: Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros, S.A.; FCM Beteiligungs
GmbH.

The voting rights attributed pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG are held by
the following shareholder(s) holding directly 3% or more of the voting
rights: Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros, S.A.; FCM Beteiligungs GmbH. The
attribution of voting rights pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG is based on
an acting in concert between FCM Beteiligungs GmbH and its parent company
Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros, S.A.

4. On August 8, 2014 the voting rights held by Millennium Gain Limited,
Hong Kong, China, exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% of
the voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG, Hamburg, Germany. On that date,
Millennium Gain Limited held 23.16 % of the voting rights in TOM TAILOR
Holding AG, arising from 6,028,050 voting rights.

Thereof, 23.16% of the voting rights (6,028,050 voting rights) are being
attributed to Millennium Gain Limited pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 1 and simultaneously pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG.

The voting rights attributed pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.1 WpHG
are held by the following controlled undertaking(s) holding 3% or more of
the voting rights: Longrun Portugal, SGPS, S.A.; Fidelidade-Companhia de
Seguros, S.A.; FCM Beteiligungs GmbH.

The voting rights attributed pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG are held by
the following shareholder(s) holding directly 3% or more of the voting
rights: Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros, S.A.; FCM Beteiligungs GmbH. The
attribution of voting rights pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG is based on
an acting in concert between FCM Beteiligungs GmbH and its parent company
Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros, S.A.

5. On August 8, 2014 the voting rights held by Fosun Financial Holdings
Limited, Hong Kong, China, exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and
20% of the voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG, Hamburg, Germany. On
that date, Fosun Financial Holdings Limited held 23.16 % of the voting
rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG (6,028,050 voting rights).

Thereof, 23.16% of the voting rights (6,028,050 voting rights) are being
attributed to Fosun Financial Holdings Limited pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 1 and simultaneously pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG.

The voting rights attributed pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.1 WpHG
are held by the following controlled undertaking(s) holding 3% or more of
the voting rights: Millennium Gain Limited; Longrun Portugal, SGPS, S.A.;
Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros, S.A.; FCM Beteiligungs GmbH.

The voting rights attributed pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG are held by
the following shareholder(s) holding directly 3% or more of the voting
rights: Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros, S.A.; FCM Beteiligungs GmbH. The
attribution of voting rights pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG is based on
an acting in concert between FCM Beteiligungs GmbH and its parent company
Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros, S.A.

6. On August 8, 2014 the voting rights held by Fosun International Limited,
Hong Kong, China, exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% of
the voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG, Hamburg, Germany. On that date,
Fosun International Limited held 23.16 % of the voting rights in TOM TAILOR
Holding AG (6,028,050 voting rights).

Thereof, 23.16% of the voting rights (6,028,050 voting rights) are being
attributed to Fosun International Limited pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent.
1 no. 1 and simultaneously pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG.

The voting rights attributed pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.1 WpHG
are held by the following controlled undertaking(s) holding 3% or more of
the voting rights: Fosun Financial Holdings Limited; Millennium Gain
Limited; Longrun Portugal, SGPS, S.A.; Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros,
S.A.; FCM Beteiligungs GmbH.

The voting rights attributed pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG are held by
the following shareholder(s) holding directly 3% or more of the voting
rights: Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros, S.A.; FCM Beteiligungs GmbH. The
attribution of voting rights pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG is based on
an acting in concert between FCM Beteiligungs GmbH and its parent company

7. On August 8, 2014 the voting rights held by Fosun Holdings Limited, Hong
Kong, China, exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% of the
voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG, Hamburg, Germany. On that date,
Fosun Holdings Limited held 23.16 % of the voting rights in TOM TAILOR
Holding AG (6,028,050 voting rights).

Thereof, 23.16% of the voting rights (6,028,050 voting rights) are being
attributed to Fosun Holdings Limited pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 1 and simultaneously pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG.

The voting rights attributed pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.1 WpHG
are held by the following controlled undertaking(s) holding 3% or more of
the voting rights: Fosun International Limited; Fosun Financial Holdings
Limited; Millennium Gain Limited; Longrun Portugal, SGPS, S.A.;
Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros, S.A.; FCM Beteiligungs GmbH.

The voting rights attributed pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG are held by
the following shareholder(s) holding directly 3% or more of the voting
rights: Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros, S.A.; FCM Beteiligungs GmbH. The
attribution of voting rights pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG is based on
an acting in concert between FCM Beteiligungs GmbH and its parent company
Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros, S.A.

8. On August 8, 2014 the voting rights held by Fosun International Holdings
Ltd., Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, exceeded the thresholds
of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% of the voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG,
Hamburg, Germany. On that date, Fosun International Holdings Ltd. held
23.16 % of the voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG (6,028,050 voting
rights).

Thereof, 23.16% of the voting rights (6,028,050 voting rights) are being
attributed to Fosun International Holdings Ltd. pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1
sent 1 no. 1 and simultaneously pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG.

The voting rights attributed pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.1 WpHG
are held by the following controlled undertaking(s) holding 3% or more of
the voting rights: Fosun Holdings Limited; Fosun International Limited;
Fosun Financial Holdings Limited; Millennium Gain Limited; Longrun
Portugal, SGPS, S.A.; Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros, S.A.; FCM
Beteiligungs GmbH.

The voting rights attributed pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG are held by
the following shareholder(s) holding directly 3% or more of the voting
rights: Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros, S.A.; FCM Beteiligungs GmbH. The
attribution of voting rights pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG is based on
an acting in concert between FCM Beteiligungs GmbH and its parent company
Fidelidade-Companhia de Seguros, S.A.

9. On August 8, 2014 the voting rights held by Guo Guangchang, China,
exceeded the threshold of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% of the voting rights in
TOM TAILOR Holding AG, Hamburg, Germany. On that date, Guo Guangchang held
23.16 % of the voting rights in TOM TAILOR Holding AG (6,028,050 voting
rights).

Thereof, 23.16% of the voting rights (6,028,050 voting rights) are being
attributed to Guo Guangchang pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 and
simultaneously pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG.

The voting rights attributed pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.1 WpHG
are held by the following controlled undertaking(s) holding 3% or more of
the voting rights: Fosun International Holdings Ltd. Fosun Holdings
Limited; Fosun International Limited; Fosun Financial Holdings Limited;
Millennium Gain Limited; Longrun Portugal, SGPS, S.A.; Fidelidade-Companhia
de Seguros, S.A.; FCM Beteiligungs GmbH.
