The Credit Suisse Fund Management S.A, Luxembourg, Luxembourg has informed
us on August 13, 2014, in accordance with section 21 (1) WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS
MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, fell below the 3% threshold on August 11,
2014 and now amounts to 2.97% (Amount of Shares: 566,933). 0.39% of the
voting rights (74,640 voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance
with section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
