Acquisition of significant holding
Joint stock company "Saldus mežrūpniecība" informs that it has received notification on acquisition of significant holding from SIA "Pienjāņi" and M. Knipšis.
According to the notification received from SIA "Pienjāņi", the company has increased its holding on August 4, 2014, retaining in a possession 46 928 or 12.12 % of joint stock company "Saldus mežrūpniecība" share capital.
According to the notification,Mārtiņš Knipšis has increased the indirect holding on August4, 2014, retaining as an indirect holding 46 928 or 12.12 % of joint stock company "Saldus mežrūpniecība" share capital.
