THE SHARES ORAVA RESIDENTIAL REIT ALLOCATED ITSELF HAS BEEN REGISTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER

Orava Residential Real Estate Investment Trust plc's (Orava Residential REIT) 80 000 new shares, that the company allocated itself 7 August 2014 without charge in a directed share issue, has been registered into the Trade Register today. The company may use the shares for strengthening its capital structure, developing its business operations and widening its ownership base by both acquiring investment properties and issuing convertible bonds. After the issue the total number of shares of the company is 4.813.317 shares.

The Orava Residential REIT has filed a listing application concerning the above mentioned shares and NASDAQ OMX Helsinki plc (”Helsinki Stock Exchange”) has today approved it. The trading code of the new shares on the Helsinki Stock Exchange main list is OREITN0114. The new shares do not entitle holders to dividends paid during 2014.
