ChinaNet Online Holdings to Host Second Quarter Financial Results on August 21, 2014

Files Extension for Q2 2014 10-Q Filing

BEIJING, Aug. 15, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ChinaNet Online Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:CNET) ("ChinaNet" or the "Company"), a leading B2B (business to business) Internet technology company providing online-to-offline ("O2O") sales channel expansion services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurial management and networking services for entrepreneurs in the People's Republic of China, today announced that it has filed a 5-day extension to complete its Form 10-Q for the three months ended June 30, 2014. It will issue an earnings press release on or before August 20, 2014 and host a conference call at 8:30 am ET on Thursday, August 21, 2014 to discuss its second quarter 2014 results.
