Release of announcements of voting rights notifications according to
Article 21 Section 1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) (share)

 1. EII Capital Management, Inc., New York City, United States of America,
    informed us pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that on August 1,
    2014 its voting rights in DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, have fallen
    below the threshold of 3 % and on that day amounted to 2.79 %
    (equivalent 1,914,860 voting rights). Of these voting rights, 2.79 %
    (equivalent 1,914,860 voting rights) are to be attributed to EII
    Capital Management, Inc. pursuant to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1
    No. 6 WpHG.

 2. EII Capital Holding, Inc., New York City, United States of America,
    informed us pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that on August 1,
    2014 its voting rights in DIC Asset AG, Frankfurt am Main, have fallen
    below the threshold of 3 % and on that day amounted to 2.79 %
    (equivalent 1,914,860 voting rights). Of these voting rights, 2.79 %
    (equivalent 1,914,860 voting rights) are to be attributed to EII
    Capital Holding, Inc. pursuant to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6
    in connection with Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 2 WpHG.
