Trading Act

In accordance with section 21(1) German Securities Trading Act, JPMorgan
Asset Management (UK) Limited, London, United Kingdom, notified us on 15
August 2014 that their share of voting rights in GFT Technologies
Aktiengesellschaft, Stuttgart, Germany, fell below the 3 % threshold on 12
August 2014 and reached 2.87 % (this corresponds to 756,675 of a total of
26,325,946 voting rights) on this day.

Of these voting rights, 2.87 % (756,675 voting rights) are to be attributed
to JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited pursuant to section 22 (1)
sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
