Correction: changes in the publishing period of non-audited report for Q2, 6-month interim consolidated report and audited consolidated semiannual report.

Information about publishing ABLV Bank, AS, financial reports for 2014, in accordance with AS NASDAQ OMX Riga rules On Listing and Trading of Financial Instruments in the Markets Regulated by the Exchange, is summarized below.

1. Non-audited public quarter reports will be published as follows:

  • report for Q1 – from 26.05.2014 till 30.05.2014;
  • report for Q2 – from 20.08.2014 till 27.08.2014;
  • report for Q3 – from 24.11.2014 till 28.11.2014;
  • report for Q4 – from 23.02.2015 till 27.02.2015.

2. Interim consolidated reports will be published as follows:

  • 6-month report – from 20.08.2014 till 27.08.2014;
  • 12-month report – from 23.02.2015 till 27.02.2015.

3. Audited consolidated semiannual and annual report will be published as follows:

  • semiannual report – from 20.08.2014 till 27.08.2014;
  • annual report – from 23.02.2015 till 27.02.2015.
