in the name and on behalf of below mentioned companies pursuant to Section
21 (1) WpHG on 15 August 2014 the following:
The voting rights of BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., New York, NY,
U.S.A., in Deutsche Lufthansa AG exceeded the threshold of 3% on 13 August
2014 and amounted to 3.004% (13,852,349 voting rights) as per this date. Of
these voting rights, 3.004% (13,852,349 voting rights) are to be attributed
to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2
WpHG.
The voting rights of BR Jersey International Holdings L.P., St. Helier,
Jersey, Channel Islands, in Deutsche Lufthansa AG exceeded the threshold of
3% on 13 August 2014 and amounted to 3.004% (13,852,349 voting rights) as
per this date. Of these voting rights, 3.004% (13,852,349 voting rights)
are to be attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
