PARSIPPANY, N.J., Aug. 18, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Avis Budget Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:CAR) and Seaborne Airlines, one of the fastest-growing airlines in the Caribbean, have signed an exclusive, multi-year partnership agreement.
Under the new agreement, Seaborne Airlines customers will have convenient access to vehicles from Avis Car Rental, Budget Car Rental and Payless Car Rental. Business and leisure travelers visiting the Seaborne Airlines website will have the ability to make an Avis, Budget or Payless reservation as a stand-alone car rental booking or by adding a vehicle rental to an existing flight booking.

In the Caribbean, most Avis, Budget and Payless locations are operated by independently-owned licensees who are experts in serving travelers from the area and abroad. Each country offers a variety of vehicle makes and models, so travelers can enjoy the island experience in the car that best suits their needs.
