ST. LOUIS, Mo., Aug. 19, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via PRWEB - Financial wellness benefit vendor, Four Seasons Financial Education (FSFE), recently released their 2014 FSFE Financial Wellness Survey which included 500 respondents from across the US. According to the survey, 71.89% of respondents have never met with an independent CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP) before. The full survey is available at http://www.FSFE.com.

"It's no wonder why so many Americans struggle to meet their financial goals when they haven't sought out professional guidance," says FSFE President, Travis Freeman. "This is why our services have become so popular. We bring CFPs and financial wellness to the masses by way of employers."

The FSFE survey also showed that 71% of Americans feel financial wellness should be included in their employers' overall wellness program. Freeman stated that more American families would utilize financial planners if barriers such as cost were brought down by employer groups. FSFE offers comprehensive financial wellness programs, which include access to independent CFPs, to companies across the US.
