Patrick Kane joined Verit Advisors in July 2011 as an Associate. His time is focused on valuation, financial modeling, company and industry research, and various pitch materials for a wide range of clients. Mr. Kane works on the execution team helping advise middle market companies on various corporate finance solutions including mergers, acquisitions, recapitalization, and ESOPs. Mr. Kane has helped Verit execute multiple sell-side ESOP transactions for middle market companies in a variety of industries, including construction & engineering and plastics & packaging. He has also helped structure and execute debt financings for complex ESOP and sell-side transactions.
Alex McVey joined Verit Advisors as an Associate and is a graduate of the University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy with a specialization in Environmental Economics. Mr. McVey focuses on financial modeling, valuation, various pitch materials, company and industry research, particularly in manufacturing, healthcare, artisanal foods, and transportation. As a member of the execution team Mr. McVey helps advise clients on all Verit verticals including ESOPs, mergers, acquisitions, and debt capital markets. In addition to his work at Verit, he holds his private pilot license, and is heavily involved as a coach at Warren Park Little League.
