Tribona AB (publ) expands existing lease agreement in the property Fröträdet 1 in Växjö

Tribona expands its current lease agreement from 36 786 sq.m. to 57 585 sq.m. with the current tenant Alwex. This means that most of the property in Växjö is occupied.

The expanded lease agreement starts 1 January 2015 and extends to 30 September 2019. No investments will be made in connection with the expansion. In conjunction with the expanded lease the rent level have been renegotiated to a lower square meter price which make the rental value unchanged. However, the responsibility for the operating costs associated with the expansion has been transferred to the tenant for the whole occupied area.

We have again proven that we can fill large vacancies in our properties, which is very pleasing.
