Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ('PDMRs').
EnQuest PLC were informed on 19 August 2014, by Capita Asset Services, that
22,069 shares previously granted to Faysal Hamza (a PDMR of the Company) on 18
August 2011 under the EnQuest PLC Restricted Share Plan, vested on 18 August
2014. The 22,069 shares have been retained by Faysal Hamza.
Prior to this transaction, Faysal Hamza held 236,131 shares, representing 0.03%
of the share capital of the Company. The total holding of Faysal Hamza following
the transaction is 258,200 shares, representing 0.03% of the share capital of
the Company.
