Talentum to start acquiring company’s own shares
Talentum Oyj’s Board of Directors has decided to exercise the authorisation of the Annual General Meeting on 27 March 2014 to acquire company's own shares.
A maximum of 350,000 shares will be acquired which corresponds to approximately 0,8% of all Talentum Oyj shares. The Annual General Meeting authorised the Board of Directors to acquire a maximum of 3,500,000 Talentum Oyj’s own shares.
The shares will be acquired on market price in public trading arranged by NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd in accordance with its rules. Acquiring own shares will begin on 20 August 2014 at the earliest.
