AS “Saldus mežrūpniecība” informs that in accordance to the decision of annual general meeting that took place on July 21, 2014 to denominate share nominal value from lats to euro, the denomination date is set on August 25th, 2014 (end of day).
The Articles of association are registered within Commercial registry on August 4th, 2014.
