On August 18, 2014, Kabouter Management, LLC, Chicago, Illinois, USA has
informed us according to Article 21, section 1 WpHG that its voting rights
in DEAG Deutsche Entertainment Aktiengesellschaft, Berlin, Germany - ISIN
DE000A0Z23G6 - exceeded the 5 % threshold of the voting rights on August
18, 2014 and on that day amounted to 5.98 % (this corresponds to 978,326
voting rights). 5.98 % of these voting rights (this corresponds to 978,326
voting rights) are to be attributed to the company pursuant to Article 22,
section 1, sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
