P. 12, with the Clerk of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl St., NY, NY 10007-1312, on or before 20 days after the final date of publication of this Notice, a default judgment may be taken against you. The Complaint in the suit against you alleges violation of fiduciary duties owed to Longwei Petroleum Investment Holding Limited from May 17, 2010 to January 3, 2013.
