WaterFurnace receives court approval of arrangement with NIBE

WaterFurnace Renewable Energy, Inc. is pleased to announce that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice has approved the proposed plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corproations Act pursuant to which NIBE Industrier AB of Sweden will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Waterfurnace.

("WaterFurnace") (TSX: WFI; TSX: WFI.U) is pleased to announce that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice has approved the proposed plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corproations Act pursuant to which NIBE Industrier AB (publ) of Sweden ("NIBE") will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Waterfurnace (the "Arrangement").

Closing of the Arrangment is scheduled to occur on or about August 25, 2014.
