His more than 30 years of home textiles experience includes previous senior positions at international home textile companies WestPoint Home and Li & Fung USA. Most recently, prior to joining Berkshire Blanket, Maddalene served as Senior Vice President of WestPoint Home's Ralph Lauren Division, where his deep sales and merchandising expertise was leveraged to further develop the strong brand position.
Maddalene brings his extensive industry background as well as a broad history of executive experience to his new position at an exciting time for Berkshire Blanket.
