Componenta has on 22 August 2014 received the following notification pursuant to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, concerning the shares of Componenta Corporation.
Keskinäinen Eläkevakuutusyhtiö Ilmarinen’s holding of shares and voting rights of Componenta Corporation has exceeded 5% as a result of the subscription of shares in the share issue (“Private Placement”) published on 15 August 2014 by Componenta, where 15 million shares were offered to a limited group of selected investors. The shares subscribed in the Private Placement have been entered into the Trade Register today on 22 August 2014.
