  · Profit from property management before tax amounted to SEK 537m (378)
corresponding to SEK 2.71 per ordinary share (2.00)

  · Rental income amounted to SEK 1,193m (902)

  · Profit after tax amounted to SEK 1,370m (851), corresponding to SEK 7.88 per
ordinary share (4.96)

  · Shareholders´equity amounted to SEK 59.17 per ordinary share (47.11) and the
net asset value amounted to SEK 70.82 per ordinary share (54.40)

Profit from property management increased by 42 percent and amounted to SEK 537m
(378), which corresponds to SEK 2.71 per ordinary share (2.00). The profit from
property management includes SEK 86m (71) in respect of associated companies.

Profit after tax amounted to SEK 1,370m (851) corresponding to SEK 7.88 per
ordinary share (4.96). The profit before tax was impacted by changes in value in
respect of properties of SEK 1,301m (337), changes in value in respect of
interest rate derivatives of SEK -303m (373) and profit from participations in
associated companies of SEK 190m (60).
