NOORA FORSTÉN’S SHARE IN LEMMINKÄINEN CORPORATION DECREASES TO 9.5 PER CENT
On 22 August 2014, Lemminkäinen Corporation received a flagging notification on shares in the company, in accordance with Chapter 9 Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act.
Shares held by Noora Forstén in Lemminkäinen Corporation have decreased from 1,966,073 shares, i.e. around 10.6 per cent of all shares and votes to 1,866,073, i.e. 9.5 per cent, decreasing 10 per cent of all shares and votes in Lemminkäinen Corporation.
Lemminkäinen Corporation has a total of 19,650,176 shares. The Company has one share series, each share entitling the holder to a single vote.
