On 20 August 2014, UAB Merko statyba, which is a part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and VsI Tarptautine Amerikos mokykla Vilniuje, has signed a contract to perform the construction works of sports hall of The American International School of Vilnius. According to the agreement with the client, AS Merko Ehitus has the right to disclose the information starting from 25 August 2014.
Under the contract, UAB Merko statyba will build a sports hall with the gross area of 1692 m². The value of the contract is approximately 2.2 million euros, plus value added tax. The works are scheduled to start in October 2014 and to complete in August 2015.
