Sinfonia HealthCare Corporation Establishes Eastern US Division


TUCSON, Ariz., Aug. 25, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sinfonía HealthCare Corporation, the integrated health care company established by former Providence Services Corporation (Nasdaq:PRSC) founder and CEO, Fletcher J McCusker, has announced the establishment of an Eastern Division, located in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Jo-Ann Prisco has been named Executive Vice President and head of the Eastern Division. Jo-Ann was previously responsible for the southeast division of Providence, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. She spent 15 years with Providence in Florida and other Southern states.

Sinfonía, known for innovative services in non-institutional care, recently announced new services in Virginia and has since incorporated in Florida and Louisiana. Sinfonía has recently opened a full continuum of home health products in Arizona, established the first wellness clinic exclusively for seriously mentally ill adults in the US and provides medication management services for over 6,000,000 patients through its pharmacy division, SinfoníaRx.
