year results - Earnings after taxes: 1.1m euros - Forecast for 2014
confirmed
Waalre, August 26, 2014- Navigator Equity Solutions SE is pleased to
announce its financial results for the first half year of 2014.
In the first half year of 2014, Navigator Equity Solutions SE generated
total (net) revenues of 10.1m euros (1st HY 2013: 9.6m euros). The gross
margin was unchanged year-on-year and amounted to 6.5m euros (1st HY 2013:
6.5m euros). The Group's operating result (EBIT) amounted to 0.1m euros
(1st HY 2013: 0.1m euros). Earnings after taxes rose significantly to
1.1m euros (1st HY 2013: 0.1m euros), a tenfold increase resulting from a
positive financial income. The good result of IT Competence Group SE
contributed to this positive effect and also the sale of our stake in
Catalis SE that took place in May 2014.
As of June 30, 2014, the Navigator Equity Solutions SE balance sheet total
amounted to 8.5m euros (End of 2013: 8.4m euros). The group's total fixed
assets was unchanged at 1.0m euros (2013: 1.0m euros). Current assets
increased from 7.4m euros at the end of December, 2013, to 7.5m euros.
Total equity was up to 5.3m euros (2013: 4.2m euros). This improves the
equity ratio of Navigator Equity Solutions SE from 50.0% as at 31 December
2013 to 62.2%.
Robert KäÃ, CEO of Navigator Equity Solutions SE, commented: "I am pleased

performance. In view of the extremely positive development we have
experienced over the past months, I am convinced that we will meet our
financial targets. However, there are still many areas that require an
improvement. We will continue to optimize costs and processes in the coming

Based on the positive operating outlook (June 2014), Navigator Equity
Solutions SE is continuing to forecast consolidated turnover of between EUR
23m and EUR 25m and earnings before taxes of more than EUR 1.5m .
