AB „Limarko laivininkystes kompanija“ (the Company) hereby informs that during the implementation of the decision of Klaipeda City Local Court of 7 July 2014 (see notification on material event of 11 July 2014), after the managers of securities’ accounts made appropriate entries in personal securities’ account, the squeeze-out of Company’s shares was completed on 26 August 2014 and UAB „Limarko“ became the sole shareholder of the Company.
