This initiative, coordinated by both CPS and global benefits firm, Lockton, includes numerous tiers of wellness including financial wellness, smoking cessation and physical fitness. The financial wellness component of this initiative officially began this month.

The WellU initiative is being offered to CPS employees across the country. The initiative will continue into 2015 with more details to be announced regarding the program's future next year.
