Charlotta Grähs appointed as new General Counsel for the Trelleborg Group


Charlotta Grähs has been appointed as the new General Counsel for the Trelleborg
Group from October 1, 2014. She succeeds Ulf Gradén who is retiring. Like her
predecessor, Charlotta Grähs will be a member of the Group Management and act as
secretary to Trelleborg’s Board of Directors.

Charlotta Grähs joins Trelleborg from her position as Group General Counsel for
Dometic Group, a global manufacturer and supplier of leisure products for the
caravan, motor home, automotive, truck and marine markets. Charlotta has
previously worked in a number of other roles, including as a Senior Corporate
Counsel for Husqvarna Group, an Associate at Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå
and as an Associate at Hengeler Mueller Rechtsanwälte.
