Bayport Management Limited ("BML") has decided to tap the remaining SEK
200,000,000 of the SEK 800,000,000 13% bonds 2013/2017 with ISIN SE0005393477.
The subscription was oversubscribed at a price of 108.00% for settlement 2
September 2014.

The maximum available SEK 800,000,000 has been fully subscribed by this issuance
and the new tap amount will be listed in due course on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
