Skanska invests SEK 470 M in office property in Stockholm, Sweden


Skanska invests SEK 470 M in the office property Stockholm Seaside in Stockholm,
Sweden. The construction contract for Skanska Sweden is worth SEK 275 M, which
will be included in order bookings for he third quarter 2014.
The new office building is the first building in the Stockholm New district in
Hammarby Sjöstad in southern Stockholm. The building offers a total area of
14,000 square meters just a few minutes from central Stockholm. The house is
equipped with terraces and glass facade to take advantage of the view and the
unique location right on the canal.

Work has started and is estimated to be completed by the end of 2016.

in offices, logistics, business premises and commercial buildings. The company’s
