NASDAQ OMX Riga decided on August 27, 2014 to apply observation status to „Citadele Caspian Sea Equity Fund” (PXSCSEFRA, ISIN code: LV0000400273) and „Citadele Ukrainian Equity Fund” (PAMUKEFR, ISIN code: LV0000400422).
Observation status will be applied due to proposed domestic merger of investment fund “Citadele Caspian Sea Equity Fund” and investment fund “Citadele Ukrainian Equity Fund” with the newly-established “Citadele Eastern European Small and Mid Cap Fund”. NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules Article 20.1.2, Subarticle 9 state that NASDAQ OMX Riga may assign observation status to an issuer in cases when it is important to turn the attention of market participants to a substantial circumstance related to the relevant financial instrument.
Information about the changes in the Baltic Fund list will follow after the according Management board decision will be taken.
The purpose of assigning observation status is to alert the market participants.
