Today, UET United Electronic Technology AG (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Eschborn,
provides its consolidated financial figures for the first half of the
fiscal year from January 1st to June 30th, 2014.

In the first half of fiscal year 2014 UET generated consolidated revenues
of EUR 24.258mn. This represents a growth of EUR 1.7mn or 8% compared with
the same period of the previous year.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA)
improved in spite of increased expenditures in Research and Development and
further investments by 77% to EUR 2.155mn.

Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) increased to EUR 1.322mn EUR,
which is a gain of more than EUR 1.4mn.

Earnings of ordinary operating activities improved from EUR -0.462mn in the
first half of 2013 to EUR +0.685mn for the first half of the fiscal year
2014.

Cash Flow from operating activities was EUR 0.971mn (previous year EUR
1.298mn).
After further repayments of financial liabilities cash and cash equivalents
in the group amounted to EUR 1.072mn, as of June 30th, 2014.
