The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Elekta AB (Elekta) held on August 28, 2014, approved an extraordinary dividend of SEK 0.50 per share, in addition to the ordinary dividend of SEK 1.50 per share. The Ex-date is August 29, 2014.
