Pre-issuance of covered bonds

 

On August 29, 2014, BRFkredit will pre-issue DKK 1.5 bn covered bonds in accordance with the rules on bond issuance, balance principle and risk management by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority and as per section 4.8.1 in the Base Prospectus.

 

The purpose of the pre-issuance is funding of loans disbursed until September 30, 2014, including loans under the joint funding agreements.

 

BRFkredit will within six months cancel all bonds that have not been used to fund mortgage loans.

 

The distribution of the pre-issuance on bond ISINs is shown in the table below:
