LEMMINKÄINEN CORPORATION: SUBSCRIPTION RIGHT OF THE SHARE ISSUE
The subscription right of the share issue of Lemminkäinen Corporation
will be traded as of 1 September 2014. One subscription right will
be given for each share. Eleven (11) subscription rights
will entitle to subscribe for two (2) new shares for
the price of 8.20 EUR/share.
