During August 2014, the number of shares and votes in Fenix Outdoor International AG (”Fenix”) has increased as a result of new issues of shares of series B. The total number of shares and votes in Fenix as of 29 August 2014 amounts to 34,850,000, consisting of 24,000,000 shares of series A and 10,850,000 shares of series B, which entitles the holder to one vote each.
