Jesper T Lok, CEO of DSB since May 2012, will be resigning as CEO. This means that DSB’s Board of Directors now has to find a new CEO for the corporation.
Jesper T Lok will be leaving his position as CEO when his successor has been found, on 31 August 2015 at the latest, at which date he will be taking over the management of a company with global activities.
In this connection, Peter Schütze, Chairman of the Board of Directors of DSB, says:
"In DSB’s recently published interim report, we concluded that DSB has almost fulfilled all objectives of the ”Healthy DSB” programme. This means that we are ready to embark on the next stage of DSB’s strategic journey. Reaching this milestone has prompted our CEO to move on to new challenges, and the Board of Directors will spend the coming months looking for Jesper’s successor.”
