On 15 August 2014, Tallinna Kaubamaja AS issued a market announcement notifying of signing a contract under which its subsidiary Topsec Turvateenused OÜ will acquire a 100% share in Viking Security AS after the completion of the transaction.
Today, 2 September 2014, after having fulfilled the preliminary conditions for completing the transaction, Topsec Turvateenused OÜ, a subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS, completed the acquisition of a 100% share in Viking Security AS.
