Copenhagen, 2014-09-04 08:37 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The extraordinary general meeting of Alm. Brand Formue A/S in liquidation held today was conducted in accordance with the presented agenda and the complete proposals.
The liquidator's review was noted and the presented final liquidation financial statements and the interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2014 were approved.
The shareholders in general meeting resolved to complete the liquidation of the company.
The dissolution of the company will be filed with the Danish Business Authority with a view to registration. Following registration of the dissolution, the company will be delisted from NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S.
