Numerex iNSITE is an M2M/IoT cloud service that delivers vertical-specific functionality supporting rapid development and simplified go-to-market capability. Numerex iNSITE removes the guess work involved in delivering M2M/IoT solutions. ASPs (Application Service Providers) can focus on delivering applications that meet the needs of their vertical customers while utilizing Numerex iNSITE to provide the enabling solution-platform, including Device Management, Subscription Management, Data Transformation, Data Integration, Vertical Specific APIs, and if needed, white label Application capabilities.
The Numerex nxLOCATE is the first device in this new device-platform offering cellular, satellite and hybrid options, featuring GPS and AGPS for precise locates, built-in accelerometer for "on movement" transmission options, and providing over-the-air programming capabilities for remote updates. The nxLOCATE provides up to four years of twice per day transmissions utilizing common off-the-shelf, replaceable AA batteries. The device is optimized for a number of M2M solutions, including asset tracking and supply chain operations.
