As a part of this assignment, E&Y will undertake fiscal and tax audits and transfer pricing certification for Ebix's India operations.
The decision to appoint E&Y in India was made as a part of the Company's commitment to have a Public Company Accounting Oversight Board- certified reputed audit firm in any region where it does not presently have a large named multinational audit firm.
