Today, September 5, 2014, Fraport AG and a consortium headed by the
Slovenian Sovereign Holding reached an agreement for the purchase of
Ljubljana Airport (Aerodrom Ljubljana d.d.). The signing of the contract is
also scheduled for today, September 5, 2014.

Under the agreement, Fraport AG will acquire a 75.5 percent stake in
the stock-listed airport of Ljubljana, Slovenia's capital. The purchase
price for 75.5 percent was set at EUR 177.1 million.  Under the
privatization process, Fraport AG intends to acquire 100 percent of the
airport and will thus submit a takeover bid to the remaining shareholders
in compliance with legal and statutory requirements.

Fraport AG will finance the acquisition of Ljubljana Airport from current
liquid funds. The company will be consolidated in Fraport AG's financial
statements after completion of the transaction.

Ljubljana Airport handled some 1.3 million passengers in 2013. Ljubljana
Aerodrom d.d. recorded revenues of about EUR 31 million in 2013,
with EBITDA amounting to approximately EUR 11 million and a net profit of
EUR 5.2 million. The company is debt free.
