Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish law on securities trading, Solar A/S hereby announces that:
Nordea Funds Oy, Danish Branch has informed Solar that as at 8 September 2014, Investeringsforeningen Nordea Invest’s holding of Solar B shares now totals 0 shares, corresponding to an ownership share of 0%.
Nordea Funds Oy, Danish Branch has informed Solar that as at 8 September 2014, Nordea Funds Oy’s holding of Solar B shares now totals 799,476 shares, corresponding to an ownership share of 10.08%.
The reason for the change is that, as at 8 September 2014, Investeringsforeningen Nordea Invest has entered the Nordic Corporate Governance Committee which is a unit under the organisation’s Finnish trust company, Nordea Funds Oy. Because control of voting lies with Nordea Funds Oy, the Danish holdings are combined with the holdings of the Finnish investment company.
