The registration statement represents Dave & Buster's Entertainment, Inc.'s initial public filing pursuant to the provisions of the Jumpstart our Business Startups (JOBS) Act of 2012. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Dave & Buster's has applied to list its common stock on The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC ("NASDAQ") under the symbol "PLAY".
