NEW YORK, Sept. 8, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gainey McKenna & Egleston announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court, Eastern District of California on behalf of all persons who acquired the securities of Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. ("Marrone" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:MBII) during the period between and including March 6, 2014 and September 2, 2014, (the "Class Period") including those who purchased shares in the Company's initial public offering pursuant to the Registration Statement and Prospectuses ("Offering Documents").
