QPR SOFTWARE TRANSFERS RUSSIAN SUPPORT FUNCTIONS TO HELSINKI

QPR Software plans to transfer its Russian customer and reseller support functions from Moscow to Helsinki. QPR´s reseller support is centrally delivered also to other countries from Helsinki. Net sales from Russia is approximately 2 per cent of QPR Software´s group net sales.

The transfer is expected to reduce costs slightly, but its impact on financial results is not significant. QPR Software estimates that the transfer takes place in the beginning of next year. When realized, it will lead to redundancies of current jobs in Moscow.  At the moment, QPR´s Moscow office employs 3 people.

The planned transfer of QPR Software Russian customer and reseller support functions will have no impact to the existing customer and other agreements in Russia.
