Nordea Bank Finland Plc (the ”Issuer”) issues a series (A650) of Equity Index Linked Notes due 17 September 2018, Aktiebevis Europa 2018, denominated in Danish Kroner (“DKK”) with ISIN Code DK0030347042 and Common Code 110729952 (the "Notes").
The Notes are to be issued on 3 October 2014 and will be redeemed on 17 September 2018 in accordance with “Booster Long” structure. The return of the Notes depends on the development in EURO STOXX 50® Index (the “Reference Asset”), a Participation Ratio of indicatively 195.00 per cent and a Participation Ratio 2 of 100.00 per cent.

The offer period for the Notes will take place during the period from 15 September 2014, 9:00 CET until 26 September 2014, 16.00 CET.
