Telescan AS announces that as an increase in the Company’s share capital approved on AGM of Telescan AS held on 26 of June was not contributed for in full amount in the timeframe set out in the resolution, Telescan AS will reimburse the part downpayment of 5000 EURO made by Flexi-Care OÜ to Flexi-Care OÜ’s bank account.
