NEW YORK, Sept. 15, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. (Nasdaq:AFSI) (the "Company" or "AmTrust") today announced that, in connection with today's closing of ACP Re's acquisition of Tower Group International, Ltd. (Nasdaq:TWGP) ("Tower"), AmTrust and ACP Re have entered into a series of agreements by which AmTrust has acquired renewal rights to Tower's commercial lines business.
